Location: Montreal

Key Responsibilities

Track and update data and documentation, including shot list, shot status, artist targets and schedules
Update artists and supervisors with latest elements and information, including client notes, shot changes, modifications
Arrange and manage meetings, turnovers, and artist reviews with VFX Supervisor
Manage flow of information between the crew, the client and across departments
Anticipate and flag concerns about targets, deadlines, schedule, etc, based on daily artist activity
Work closely with the VFX Supervisor and Producer to set project milestones and weekly targets, track progress, and evaluate the work

Qualifications & Experience

2-3 years of experience in the film industry
Post-secondary education in Film Production or related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with excellent knowledge of Excel
