Location: Montreal

The main responsibility of the Human Resources Advisor is to provide expert advice in the field of Human Resources, particularly in regards to onboarding, integration, performance assessment, compensation, benefits, as well as for implementation and support related to various Human Resources programs and policies.
The incumbent ensures that the culture and values ​​of RodeoFX are an integral part of Human Resources practices and policies. With high added value recommendations and business issues in mind he contributes fully to the achievement of Rodeo FX’s strategic mission.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a business partner with assigned business units and provide Human Resources advice
Provide recommendations on various Human Resources issues
Exercise a Labour Relations and overall climate watch for the Montreal studio
Develop and manage the annual employee evaluation process
Monitor and manage changes related to employees compensation and general working conditions of in collaboration with the payroll department
Monitor employee performance in collaboration with department supervisors
Support managers in the management of internal conflicts or HR issues related to their employees
Monitor integration with employees
Be the main point of contact for management, supervisors and employees on various HR related issues
Create and maintain employee files, follow up on signatures: contracts, internal policies, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), employee documents
Build, update and optimize various HR reports and documents
Participate and organize specific projects with the HR team

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
Bachelor in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations
CRHP or CIRP designation, or in the process of being obtained
Good knowledge of Quebec Labour laws
Master the use of the Office and Google Suite of products
