Location: Montreal

Key Responsabilities

Receive and redirect clients and visitors to the right people (in person and on the phone)
Welcome people and ensure their well-being throughout their stay at Rodeo
Be the contact person for new employees
Prepare meetings with clients or for the production team (food, drinks, prepare documents, prepare conference calls)
Order office supplies
Provide support for special events (5 @ 7, end of project, activities for employees, etc.)
Manage appointments and meetings of the operations team
Manage the travels of Rodeo FX employees (hotel booking, car rental, restaurant reservations, etc.)
Perform other administrative tasks that facilitate the work of the operations (planning, communication, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in customer service
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe

  • Full-time availability ;
  • Flexible hours: 8 a.m – 5 p.m ; 9 a.m – 6 p.m ; 11 a.m – 8 p.m.
