Reports to : Director of IT

We’re looking for someone with superb customer service skills to provide the first line of support for all computer related software/hardware requests by our internal users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first line diagnostics and provide basic end-user requests to users to determine and resolve hardware or software issues
Open service desk ticket and log all incoming requests
Answer and prioritize incoming calls, voicemail and email system requests
Document and complete detailed service requests on the system
Escalate problems or issues to resources where appropriate
Keeps inventory of physical assets

Qualifications & Experience

Recent graduate in IT

Profile & Skills

Highly motivated and able to work independently and learn quickly
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong aptitude for technical learning
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
Excellent communication skills, English and French, oral and written

Assets

Solid background in customer service
Good knowledge of Linux, Mac, Windows
