Key Responsibilities

Review applications, conduct telephone interviews and make recommendations for in-person interviews
Coordinate interviews with talent acquisition team and hiring managers
Manage the recruitment process for our FX Ranch Summer Internship Program
Research and implement best strategies for finding active and passive candidates and for growing a solid bank of pre-qualified candidates
Support the talent acquisition team's continued efforts to improve processes and showcase our employer brand and provide active support throughout the full recruitment cycle
Participate in recruitment events within the company and externally
Stay up to date on industry and recruitment trends and best practices

Strong interest in talent acquisition and in the deployment of best practices
