Key Responsibilities

Help prepare bid documents for clients
Update internal project database for shows in bidding and awarded, including setting project timelines, importing bids and tracking project status
Update project information in CRM by tracking various sources
Meticulously organize electronic files and folders
Prep client meetings and assist in the creation of marketing materials, including demo reels
Monitor international and local cinema industry news to identify potential target projects
Support project coordination through hand-off to production
Assist with administrative duties for Executive team, including coordinating multiple calendars, meetings, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

1+ year of relevant experience in a dynamic team
Advanced technical knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Excellent communication skills in English and French, including spelling, revision, proofreading, punctuation and grammar, as well as strong listening and oral communication

Knowledge of G Suite tools
