After one year of hard work on the superhero film Fantastic Four, the Rodeo FX team will finally get to see the results of their efforts on the big screen!

A team of 50 artists and technicians completed 175 visual effects shots on the reboot of the Fantastic Four film franchise, directed by Josh Trank (Chronicle, The Kill Point).

Rodeo FX was entrusted with a number of sequences and an array of visual effects. The artists created digital environments, CG extensions, matte paintings, quantum FX and motion design. They also modeled and textured CG aerial vehicles, buildings and military infrastructures, in addition to integrating numerous TV and monitor content.

The movie, based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name, tells the story of four young scientists, who have to join forces and use their super powers to save the Earth from a familiar enemy.

Distributed by 20th Century Fox, the film stars Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Jamie Bell and Kate Mara as the famous members of the team: Mr. Fantastic, The Human Torch, The Thing and Invisible Woman. Fantastic Four opens in North America August 7, 2015.
